Prepare for a client meeting
Before you meet a client, you need what is open, what was promised, and what the contract says. With the client's recordings and documents in one project, that takes one question and a few clicks.

Five steps to walk in prepared.
Open the client's project
In Projects, open the client's card. The tiles count its recordings, documents, findings, and footage, and Sources lists every recording and document in it.
A client project: its recordings, documents, and findings in one place, with Ask project at the top. Ask the project
Choose Ask project and ask what you need to know: "What does the client need from us before go-live?" The answer draws on every recording and document in the project and cites each one.
A question to the whole project. Each point cites the meeting or document it came from. Re-read the last meeting
Open the most recent recording. The recap lists what was decided and who owes what by when; select an action item to hear it agreed.
Check the terms that matter
Open the contract or proposal and ask it directly: "What is the uptime commitment, and what credits apply if it is missed?" Page citations open the exact clause in the document.
A contract answered with page citations. Selecting one opens the clause. Share what your team needs
Share a recording with teammates from the recording page, so they get read-only access, or export the recap to a document. Findings worth tracking can be pushed to your tracker.
Sharing a recording with teammates gives them read-only access to it.
The week before a go-live.
- The customer success manager opens the Bayline Logistics rollout project: the kickoff, a design review, a training walkthrough, the rollout plan, the signed agreement, and the scanned order form.
- Ask project: "What does Bayline need from us before go-live?" The answer lists the training schedule, the label printer confirmation, and the status webhook, each cited.
- The kickoff recap shows who owes what: the webhook endpoint from Bayline by Friday, the printer confirmation from engineering by October 20.
- The agreement answers the uptime question with the clause and its page: 99.9% monthly, with service credits from 5% of the monthly fee.
One project per client.
The whole workflow rests on the project. Create one per client, file each recording as you upload it, and keep contracts and proposals beside them. See Projects and page-cited answers.
Client preparation, answered.
Asking the project reads only that project's recordings and documents, which keeps another client's meetings out of the answer. The Ask box on the Dashboard reads the whole workspace.
On Recordings, use the row menu and choose Move to project, or select Add to project in the Project column. On Documents, use Move to project in the row menu. Moving never reprocesses anything.
A share link shows only the title and basic details, never the transcript, the media, or the findings. To give a colleague full access, invite them to the workspace or share the recording with them as a teammate.
Citations point at the page and passage the answer was read from. If the document was replaced by a newer version after the conversation started, the page tells you, and a new conversation reads the new version.
