Any platform, any time: recordings from tools we don't join - Zoom local recordings, Loom, OBS, QuickTime - can always be uploaded directly and are processed identically.
Consent & trust
Visible by design. Honest when it fails.
- The assistant is a visible participant with a clear bot name - never a silent listener.
- A consent notice is posted in the meeting where the platform allows it; the dispatching workspace stays responsible for its consent obligations.
- It joins only when a member of your workspace sends it. Nothing joins on its own initiative.
- If it is not admitted, the capture fails with an honest status. No lobby-camping, no partial recordings pretending to be complete.
- Meeting links handled during dispatch are encrypted at rest, and deleting the recording deletes everything derived from it.

- Yes. It joins as a visible participant with a clear bot name and posts a consent notice in the meeting where the platform allows it. It never joins on its own initiative - a member of your workspace sends it.
- The workspace that dispatches the assistant. Citesvue provides the visible presence and the notice; your team remains responsible for the consent rules that apply to your meetings and jurisdictions.
- Nothing is recorded. If the lobby never admits it or the meeting requires a sign-in it does not have, the capture fails with an honest status instead of hanging in "Processing".
