Every limit, published and enforced as published.
The numbers below render from the same catalogue the product enforces - they cannot drift from reality. This guide explains what each allowance means, how limits behave when you hit them, and how overage works.
What each allowance actually meters.
The duration of recordings you process per month. A 30-minute upload or capture uses 30 minutes. Monthly, pooled across seats.
Questions asked, across recordings and documents together. Reading recaps and transcripts is free. Monthly, pooled.
Every document page processed, in any format. Monthly, pooled.
The pages inside that allowance that had to be read visually because they were scanned. A scanned page consumes one of each, so the smaller number is the effective ceiling.
Library sizes, not monthly meters. Deleting frees the slot immediately.
Time the meeting assistant spends in calls. Monthly, workspace-level - it does not grow with seats.
How long recordings stay before ageing out, by plan. Export anything you need to keep longer.
Allowances by plan, per seat per month unless noted.
Per-seat numbers pool across the workspace. Assistant minutes and retention are workspace-level.

What actually happens when an allowance runs out.
Nothing is deleted and nothing bills silently. Work pauses, the message names the limit, and you choose.
- Uploads and processing
New processing pauses with a message naming the limit. Nothing already processed is touched. Paid plans can opt in to metered overage instead of pausing.
- Questions
Asking pauses until the month resets or you upgrade. Existing answers, citations, and search stay available.
- Document pages
New document processing pauses at the limit. There is no overage for pages - the month resets, or the plan changes.
- Library slots
Adding pauses until something is deleted or the plan grows. Deletion frees the slot the moment it completes.
Limits and billing, answered.
- No - they pool. A 5-seat Team workspace shares one pot of hours, questions, and pages, so a heavy month for one person and a quiet month for another balance out.
- Assistant minutes, simultaneous captures, retention, and the per-file upload ceiling are workspace-level. Everything metered per seat pools across seats.
- Processing-hours overage is $2.04 per hour, available on paid plans, and strictly opt-in: nothing bills over unless you have turned it on. Without opt-in, work pauses at the limit instead.
- On the calendar month. Library limits (recordings, documents stored) do not reset - they free when you delete.
- Downgrades begin after the current paid period, and retention follows the new plan from then on. Export anything the shorter window would age out.
- Yes - annual billing works out to two months free against the monthly price.
- The dashboard shows the workspace's live meters, and email warnings go out at 80% and 100% of a limit, so nothing pauses without notice.

your most
valuable asset.
Or it could sit in a Drive folder nobody opens again. The difference is whether it has citations attached.
