The numbers below come from the same catalogue the product enforces, so they cannot drift from reality. This guide explains what each allowance means and what stays available when a limit is reached.

What each allowance actually meters.
- Transcript processing
- Unlimited by monthly audio or transcript hours on every plan. Recording-library, retention, per-file size, and other published plan limits still apply.
- Visual-evidence hours
- The duration of video you explicitly analyze for scenes, OCR, visual findings, and frame citations. Transcript-first processing does not use this allowance. Monthly, pooled across seats.
- Evidence Q&A questions
- Questions asked, across recordings and documents together. Reading recaps and transcripts is free. Monthly, pooled.
- Document pages
- Every document page processed, in any format. Monthly, pooled.
- PDF (OCR) pages
- The pages inside that allowance that had to be read visually because they were scanned. A scanned page consumes one of each, so the smaller number is the effective ceiling.
- Recordings and documents stored
- Library sizes, not monthly meters. Deleting frees the slot immediately.
- Assistant minutes
- Time the meeting assistant spends in calls, shown as notetaker or bot minutes in the app. Monthly and workspace-level: it does not grow with seats.
- Retention
- How long recordings stay before ageing out, by plan. Export anything you need to keep longer.

What actually happens when an allowance runs out.
Nothing is deleted and nothing bills silently. Work pauses, the message names the limit, and you choose.
Visual evidence
Starting a visual pass pauses when its monthly allowance is exhausted. The transcript, recap, transcript artifacts, Q&A, and any last verified visual generation remain available.
Questions
Asking pauses until the month resets or you upgrade. Existing answers, citations, and search stay available.
Document pages
New document processing pauses at the limit. The month resets, or the plan changes. Existing documents remain available.
Library slots
Adding pauses until something is deleted or the plan grows. Deletion frees the slot the moment it completes.
Limits and billing, answered.
No, they pool. A 5-seat Team workspace shares one pot of visual-evidence hours, questions, and pages, so a heavy month for one person and a quiet month for another balance out.
Assistant minutes, simultaneous captures, retention, and the per-file upload ceiling are workspace-level. Everything metered per seat pools across seats.
No. The recap, transcript, transcript-derived artifacts, and transcript Q&A are created first without consuming visual-evidence hours. The allowance is reserved only when you explicitly start visual analysis.
On the calendar month. Library limits, for recordings and documents stored, do not reset; they free when you delete.
Downgrades begin after the current paid period, and retention follows the new plan from then on. Export anything the shorter window would age out.
Yes. Annual billing works out to two months free against the monthly price.
The Plan usage card on the Dashboard shows visual evidence, questions, and notetaker minutes, and Settings, then Billing, shows every allowance on its own bar. Email warnings go out at 80% and 100% of a limit, so nothing pauses without notice.
