Find your way around
Where everything lives in Citesvue: the sidebar from top to bottom, what the Dashboard tells you at a glance, and the quickest way to find a moment, a document, or an answer.

- New users, anyone setting up a team
Every part of the app has one place.
Top to bottom, in roughly the order you will use them.
- Search evidence
- At the top. Searches what was written, said, decided, or shown across every recording and document. Press Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows) from anywhere to jump to it.
- Dashboard
- Where you start: the Ask box, what is new, what is waiting for review, and how much of your plan you have used.
- New content
- Upload a recording, send the assistant to a live meeting, or upload documents.
- Meetings
- What the meeting assistant is scheduled to join, is capturing now, or has already turned into a recording.
- Recordings
- Every recording in the workspace, grouped by week, with filters for project, status, type, and date.
- Documents
- PDFs, Word files, and Markdown, read page by page and ready to question.
- Artifacts
- Every finding Citesvue extracted, kept with the recording it came from, or searchable as one list.
- Projects and Settings
- Under Workspace. Projects group recordings and documents for a client, product, or sprint. Settings holds your profile, team, billing, calendars, voice profiles, and integrations.
- Integrations
- Once your workspace has destinations set up, each is listed here with whether it is connected.
- Ask the Guide
- Opens the Guide beside the sidebar for help with using Citesvue.
- Your name
- At the bottom, with your role in this workspace and Sign out. If you belong to more than one workspace, the workspace name above it switches between them.
What changed, what needs you, and where to ask.
The Dashboard is the first page after you sign in. Everything on it opens the place it summarises.
- The Ask box
- Ask across all your meetings and documents. Pick a suggestion such as "What did we decide this week?", or choose "Or ask about a project, a recording or documents" to narrow the scope first.
- Quick actions
- Upload a recording, capture a live meeting, or upload documents in one step.
- Four tiles
- Evidence extracted, Awaiting review, In progress, and Processed. Each one opens the list behind it.
- Latest evidence
- The newest findings with their type, quote, and the recording they came from. Open source plays the moment.
- Recent recordings
- The five most recent recordings that are ready, with how many findings each one produced.
- Next up
- Upcoming meetings from a connected calendar, and whether the assistant will join each one.
- Evidence mix and Plan usage
- What kinds of findings your latest recordings produced, and how much visual evidence, how many questions, and how many notetaker minutes you have used this period.
Three ways in, for three kinds of question.
Ask
When you want an answer. Citesvue reads the recordings and documents that matter and replies with citations you can open.
Search
When you want every place something was said, written, or shown. Results open at the exact second of a recording or the exact page of a document.
Filters
When you know roughly where it is. Recordings, Documents, and Artifacts all filter by project; Recordings also filters by status, type, and date.
More on each: Ask your evidence, Search, and finding a recording.
The Guide opens beside the page.
Select Ask the Guide at the bottom of the sidebar. The Guide opens next to the page you are on, so you can follow its steps without losing your place. It answers from this documentation and links the pages it used. Because you are signed in, it can also answer questions about your own workspace, such as your plan, your usage, and which integrations are connected.
The Guide only reads; it never changes anything in your workspace. New chat starts over, and History reopens an earlier chat in the same browser.

Getting around, answered.
It appears in Recordings straight away with the status Processing, and on the Dashboard under In progress. You can keep working on anything else; Citesvue tells you when it is ready.
Yes. Artifacts is the place in the sidebar. Each item in it is a finding: a bug, requirement, decision, action item, risk, question, or another typed item extracted from a recording, with the evidence behind it.
Collapse the sidebar with the control on its edge. It shrinks to icons, and each icon shows its name when you point at it. Expand it the same way.
A filter is probably on. The count above the list says how many items match, and Clear removes every filter at once.
Yes. On a narrow screen the sidebar becomes a rail of icons, wide tables scroll sideways, and the recording page places the player above its tabs. Nothing is hidden behind a menu.
