Signing up, in, and out.

Create an account

Sign up with your work email, a password, and a name for your workspace. No card is needed, and the free plan stays free.

Email and password. A security check runs automatically before the button enables - it usually passes without you doing anything.

Forgot your password

Choose "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen. If an account exists for that address, a reset link is sent and expires in 30 minutes. The screen says the same thing whether or not the address is registered, so nobody can use it to discover who has an account.

Reset the password

Open the link, set a new password, and sign in again. Resetting signs out other sessions.

Sign out

From the workspace menu at the bottom of the sidebar. Signing out revokes that session immediately.

Your profile

Five settings, set once.

  • Name and initials

Shown to teammates and used for your avatar. Change either in Settings under Your profile.

  • Avatar

Upload a PNG or JPG up to 5 MB, or pick one of the colour swatches instead.

  • Timezone

Meeting times and activity are displayed in this timezone. Set it once; the screen shows you the current time there so you can check.

  • Email and role

Both are shown but not editable here. Your role is set by a workspace admin; the email is the identity you signed up with.

  • Email notifications

Four toggles in the same place: processing complete, security alerts, activity digest, and product updates.

Roles, invitations, and who can do what live in team and workspace.

Common questions

Accounts, answered.

  • Sessions last seven days, and signing out or resetting your password ends them sooner. When one expires you are returned to the sign-in screen with a link back to the page you wanted, so you land where you meant to go.
  • Google sign-in is not open yet. Use your email and password for now.
  • Settings, then Your profile, then Change under Security. You will need your current password. If you have forgotten it, sign out and use the reset link instead.
  • Yes. Settings, then Your profile, then Manage under Active sessions, where you can end any session you do not recognise.
  • If you are the only owner, deleting your account deletes the workspace and its content - recordings, documents, findings, and everything derived from them. It cannot be undone. If others share the workspace, hand ownership over first.
  • It identifies you, receives the notifications you have switched on, and is where invitations and billing notices go. It is not sold or shared.
