Recording views and visual evidence
A recording page puts the player, the people, and four views of the same session side by side. Recap, Transcript, and Artifacts are ready as soon as processing finishes; Deep Dive is added for video when you request visual evidence.

Everything about one recording, in one place.
- Header
- The title, the kind of recording, its date, and length. Ask opens questions about this recording; Share gives teammates access; Push sends the full report, recap, transcript, or timeline to a connected destination; Export downloads it or sends it to Google. Owners and admins also see Delete.
- Flags
- Short labels under the title describe the recording, such as its format, what was discussed, or an explicit outcome. Select one to see why it applies. Add flag, Replace, and Remove keep them right.
- Player
- Plays the recording, shows who is speaking, and counts the bugs, requirements, decisions, actions, and speakers it holds. Pins on the timeline mark findings. Expand player gives the video more room.
- Chapters and speakers
- Beside the player: chapters to jump between parts of the session, and the speakers panel, where you name or confirm each voice.
What each view answers.
They share one source, so anything you find in one opens at the same moment in the others.
Recap
A TL;DR, then decisions, action items with owners, open questions, topics, key outcomes, and how much each person spoke. Every item plays the moment behind it.
Transcript
Everything said, by speaker and time. Read it as one stream or grouped by speaker. Select any line to play from there; finding markers show where findings came from.
Deep Dive
For video with visual evidence: what was on screen at this moment, and a grid of every scene. It appears once you request visual evidence and shows progress while it is prepared.
Artifacts
The findings from this recording, filtered by type. Open one to see its quote, speaker, and time, plus the frame and on-screen text when visual evidence is ready, then approve, reject, or push it.
Add the screen when it matters.
For video, the notice under the header offers Analyze visual evidence. The confirmation shows your monthly allowance, what this recording would use, what remains, and when it resets, before anything starts.

Recording views, answered.
Audio-only files do not offer Deep Dive. For video, the tab appears after you choose Analyze visual evidence, with progress while it is prepared. Until then Recap, Transcript, Artifacts, and Ask are all available.
When what was on screen matters: a defect someone may dispute, a figure on a slide, an error message quoted exactly. It uses your monthly visual-evidence allowance, and the dialog shows how much before you confirm.
Open the moment behind it. Every recap item plays the passage it was drawn from, so you can hear exactly what was said and judge for yourself. That is the point of a cited record.
Not today. You can correct who spoke by tagging speakers, which updates the names used in the transcript and in future citations.
Nobody has named that voice yet and it did not match a voice profile. Tag the speaker once in the speakers panel and the name is used from then on.
The recap summarises the whole session. An answer responds to your question and cites the passages it used. Both link back to the same moments.
