The Evidence Layer for Recorded Work

Citations,
not summaries.

Citesvue turns any meeting, UAT session, demo, sales call, or document into structured insights with timestamped, screen-level, and page-level evidence. Ask plain-language questions. Push findings straight to Jira, Linear, Notion, and Slack.

The status quo

Your recordings are full of answers.
Nobody has the time to find them.

Every team records more than ever. Almost no team turns those recordings into anything that survives the week. Three failure modes show up everywhere we look.

01

Meeting tools summarise. They don’t cite.

Generic bullets, no evidence, no visual context. The moment someone asks "where did they actually say that?" - there’s nothing to point to.

02

Manual documentation eats the week.

Scrub. Screenshot. Paste into Jira. Rewrite for the deck. A two-hour UAT becomes a six-hour write-up - and it’s already stale.

03

Insights vanish into Drive.

Last month’s findings live in someone’s Notion page. Nobody will surface them again. The recording becomes institutional dark matter.

The category we created

An evidence layer,
not another notetaker.

Speech tools capture what was said. Screen tools capture what was shown. Nothing connects them to time and intent. Citesvue fuses all three - into a single queryable layer that lives underneath every recording your team makes.

How it works

Transcript first. Visual evidence when it matters.

Upload or capture once. Core content becomes useful first; choose the separate visual pass only when on-screen proof is worth the allowance.

  1. STEP · 01No plugins

    Upload

Any meeting, demo, UAT session, customer call. Any length. Any source - Zoom, Teams, Meet, Loom, QuickTime, OBS. No bot to install.

  2. STEP · 02Transcript first

    Transcribe

Available audio becomes a speaker-aware transcript, recap, typed findings, and searchable Q&A without waiting for visual analysis.

  3. STEP · 03On demand

    Add visuals

For video, request optional visual evidence to add scenes, OCR, screen corroboration, visual-only findings, and frame citations.

  4. STEP · 04One click

    Act

Push directly to Jira, Linear, Notion, and Slack. Or ask the copilot anything in plain English - every answer is cited.

Anatomy of an evidence card

Every artifact carries
its own proof.

This is what flows out of every recording. Five things travel with each insight - so nobody on the team has to ask "where did this come from?"

Field comparison

What other tools won't tell you.

The category is crowded with notetakers and meeting summarisers. None of them publish the comparison that actually matters: what travels with the insight.

We don't compete on summaries. That's the wrong job. We compete on whether your team can defend a claim three weeks later - quote and timestamp included, with a frame when eligible visual evidence is ready.

Pick a workflow. See what it produces.

The same evidence layer, reshaped for the team that needs it. Day-one ROI for QA, PMs, agencies, and revenue.

Scenario · QA & UAT

Bug reports with quote and timestamp, ready to review after the call; requested visual evidence can add a frame and on-screen error text.

  • Auto-classified by severity and type, editable in review.
  • Verbatim quote and timestamp travel with every report; verified frames and OCR are included when visual evidence is ready.
  • Typed Jira / Linear issues with severity mapped to priority.

Capabilities

One platform, every surface cited.

Every capability shares the same evidence layer underneath - so the workflow you ship today compounds into the institutional memory you query in three years.

Visual intelligence

Optional keyframe analysis extracts buttons, labels, URLs, error messages, form fields, and UI states only when you request visual evidence.

·Transcript first · visuals on demand.

Evidence-grounded Q&A

Ask from the transcript immediately with quote, speaker, and timestamp citations. Active visual evidence adds on-screen text and frame citations to future answers.

·Cited copilot, no hallucinations.

Document Q&A

PDFs, Word files, and Markdown answered with page-and-section citations - scanned documents included. Ask one question across documents and recordings together.

·Page-cited answers · every plan

Auto artifact extraction

Bugs, requirements, decisions, action items, risks, open questions, insights - each with severity, speaker, and supporting evidence.

·7 artifact types · severity-graded

Meeting assistant

Paste a meeting link - Meet, Teams, Zoom, Webex, or Lark - and the assistant joins with a visible consent notice, records, and starts the transcript-first flow. Uploading stays first-class.

·Paid plans · never required

One-click integrations

Connect Jira, Linear, Notion, and Slack over OAuth, pick a real project, team, page, or channel, and push findings, recaps, transcripts, and cited answers - or use the signed generic webhook.

·4 OAuth connectors + webhooks

Team workspaces

Trust

Built for
the people
who get audited.

Recording is the easy part. Defending what you do with it is harder. Citesvue is engineered so your security and legal teams can sign off on day one.

  • Deletion that deletes

Your recordings stay yours. Deleting one removes the media and every derived artifact; deleting your account removes your workspace data across our systems.

  • Encrypted everywhere

Modern TLS in transit. AES-256 at rest. OAuth tokens for connected accounts carry an extra application-level encryption layer with purpose-scoped keys.

  • Workspace isolation

Every query is scoped to your workspace at the data layer, with role-based membership and revocable sessions. Cross-tenant access is treated as a critical defect.

  • Security events on record

Sign-ins, password changes, and membership changes are recorded in an internal audit trail, so security questions have answers.

  • Least-privilege integrations

Connected services get the narrowest scopes offered. Calendar access is read-only and revocable per account; integration credentials are encrypted with purpose-scoped keys.

  • Roadmap

    Enterprise track

SAML SSO, regional pinning, and formal certifications are on the Enterprise roadmap. We describe them as roadmap because they have not shipped, and that honesty extends to everything on this page.

Common questions

What people ask before signing up.

  • Citesvue is an evidence layer for recorded work. It turns meetings, UAT sessions, demos, sales calls, and documents into answers that cite the exact quote, speaker, timestamp, or document page and section they came from. For eligible video with ready visual evidence, answers can also cite a video frame. It extracts typed artifacts such as bugs, requirements, and decisions with the evidence that exists attached.
  • Notetakers produce a transcript and a summary. Citesvue produces citations: the second a claim was made, the frame that shows the error on screen, and the document page behind the requirement. When evidence is thin it declines instead of writing a confident sentence nothing supports.
  • Both, in the same index. PDFs, Word files, and Markdown are answered with page and section citations, scanned documents included, and a single question can be answered from documents and recordings in the same project.
  • No. Upload any recording from any source and it is processed the same way. A meeting assistant that joins your calls - Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, Lark - with a visible consent notice is available on paid plans, but it is never the required path.
  • No. Customer recordings, documents, transcripts, and derived evidence are never used for model training. Deleting a source removes the media and everything derived from it.
  • Yes, free forever with no card required. Transcript-first processing is available without using visual-evidence hours; the plan also includes optional visual-evidence hours, document pages, OCR pages for scanned documents, and Evidence Q&A questions. Every published limit is enforced.
Closing argument

Your next recording could be
your most
valuable asset.

Or it could sit in a Drive folder nobody opens again. The difference is whether it has citations attached.
